Travel Talk:
Lindsey had a wonderful stay at the Excellence Playa Mujeres (just north of Cancun). She said that it was one of the nicest places she has ever stayed and she has been fortunate enough to stay at some very nice places.

Terrah went to the Cancun/Playa area for a destination wedding Fam trip. The two resorts that really caught her eye were the Secrets Capri and Dreams Tulum.

Cathi and her daughter took a trip in August to the Royal Hideaway. It was a great weekend and a luxurious resort. More recently she went to film each of the Iberostar Resorts in the Riviera Maya. Stay tuned for the videos.

Leah took her sister to the Golden Crown Paradise in Vallarta. For those of you paying attention, this is not a repeat from the last newsletter. Leah went back to Vallarta after going for the first time in May. Her favorite part of the Golden Crown Paradise was the great food and friendly staff.

Philip:went to Romania with his parents and sister. This was a reunion tour of Philip's father's WWII bomber group. There are too many stories for this small space. There may be an article about the trip in a future newsletter.

Sources at Iberostar say that the Iberostar Suites Rose Hall in Jamaica will open in October, ahead of schedule. Let me repeat that. A Caribbean resort is opening ahead of schedule…WOW!

We hear that Royal Caribbean Cruise Line is starting to charge for steaks in its main dining room. While charging for specialty restaurants on some cruise lines has been around for a few years, this is the first time we have heard of there being a charge for an item in the main dining room. This is a really bad idea. By the time you read this, hopefully Royal Caribbean will have come to its senses and dropped this foolishness.
